A permanent, public work of art for a new office building and technology center located in Oklahoma State Finance building. This proposed project would have a thick glass mosaic and marble carpet running from drop off into the lobby. A turquoise wall made up of smalti glass with 24K gold glass tiles. A seating sculpture, perimeter security area installed with steel shells and bead with steel reinforced concrete bases. Blue LED light in base create an illusion of the sculpture floating.
